  It has been a while since I last ate at this place. I think the ownership changed hands since the menu and staff look different than in the past. The food is still good. We ordered a bunch of dumplings dishes. The Xiao long bao (soups dumplings) is juicy and the soup inside is flavourful. The bowl of big dumpling soup needs a bit more salt but overall still good. I should come back to try their noodle soup next time. We didn't need to wait long for a table on the past weekend maybe because it's long weekend. I do recommend making a reservation before heading there.

  food: mostly seafood but there is a small handful of veggie dishes, however, be prepared for a full sea food experience. there was lamb on the menu, therefore, the one person in our group who could not eat sea food was moderately happy.
  
  Notes: for larger groups they do recommend reservations, however, tehy were able to push two tables together for us which was appreciated.

  beat Shanghai food restaurant in the Richmond. I love Pan fried Pork Bun and Beef Pancake Wrap

  We ordered for 2 dishes: lamb cumin and prawns w/ sweet sauce. Not impressed with the taste. Prawns are not fresh. Find it too pricey.

  Not bad of a variety of Shanghai cuisine, many small dishes if for smaller parties and overall reasonable pricing.
  
  They got a couple private rooms that are great for parties and even a karaoke setup in one of the rooms!
  
  Service is standard, could be better.  Taste is above average but no dishes stood out either.
